This is especially beneficial when installed over clay or areas subject to periodic water logging where virgin wood products may breakdown more quickly.   Saves time & effort! Acting as an effective mulch, hand & chemical weeding are very much reduced. Good moisture retention means less watering, especially beneficial in difficult to maintain areas such as traffic islands & road verges.

A variety of colours are available, all produced using environmentally friendly dyes. Being child & pet friendly, coloured wood chip can be used in areas involving contact with the general public as well as domestic applications.

Naturally safe!

Being a natural product, installation in planted borders does not present any problems.  Unlike some other ground cover products, there is no risk of damage to ground maintenance equipment such as mowers. Decorative wood chip does not collect on shoes, especially important in golf course pathway applications.

Structurally stable!

Development of unique processing techniques has resulted in a product that forms a highly stable ground cover. The primary benefit is the ease with which wheeled traffic such as wheel chairs, children’s buggies or golf carts can travel over the surface. 

Installation on steep inclines can be reliably achieved, plus very little or no erosion due to wind.
